SOC2 FastTrack

SOC 2 FastTrack is a comprehensive, end-to-end course designed to take organizations from understanding SOC 2 requirements through readiness, implementation, evidence collection, and the audit process. The course provides a practical roadmap for building and operating a SOC 2 program, whether preparing for a first-time audit or strengthening an existing compliance program. 

 Across 13 modules and approximately 2.5 hours of content, the course covers the fundamentals of SOC 2, what auditors evaluate, the Trust Services Criteria, Type I vs. Type II reports, defining a defensible audit scope, conducting a gap assessment, developing a risk register, designing testable controls, and building the policies and procedures required for compliance.  

The course then moves into practical implementation, focusing on the controls auditors scrutinize most closely, evidence collection and management, vulnerability management, penetration testing, personnel and access controls, and preparing for and conducting a mock audit. It also explains the nine Common Criteria categories used to evaluate SOC 2 controls and provides practical guidance on selecting an auditor, understanding audit costs and timelines, and reviewing SOC 2 reports effectively.  

The final modules bring everything together through a realistic SOC 2 case study and guided exercises, helping learners apply the concepts to real-world scenarios and understand how to build, operate, and continuously improve a SOC 2 compliance program.
